Exciting news to share!

Purchase of long standing, trusted provider of telecoms services position T-Tech as a one stop consultancy and managed services provider to SMEs.

T-Tech is delighted to announce the acquisition of Ladybird Communications. This will provide both companies with a wider set of services available to all clients.

With the continued convergence of IT and Telecoms services, this will allow both firms to deliver exceptional customer service. As T-Tech is also focused on developing Microsoft Teams and particularly enabling telephony, this is a strategic development as a full Microsoft Teams solution can be delivered by one provider.

Ladybird Communications will remain a standalone division as part of the T-Tech Group and benefit from the combined resources and efforts of both companies.

“Melvyn and I have worked together for many years and I look forward to him and the team at Ladybird becoming part of the team” said Daniel Teacher, Managing Director, T-Tech. “This is a great development opportunity for both companies and it will allow us to grow significantly together. We hear frequently that customers would like one provider to manage their needs, therefore the continued convergence of technologies makes this development a natural step forward”. We have some very exciting product announcements in January and look forward to sharing these publicly. Our new relationship with Ladybird is a key part of this strategy.”

“Joining T-Tech will enable us to scale our business in a way that was not possible before, allowing us to not only develop our portfolio of services, but branch out into new areas” said Melvyn Bird, Head of Telecoms, Ladybird Communications.

“Having worked with T-Tech for many years, this is a natural fit and we are excited about our future. I will remain in post as ‘Head of Telecoms’ and work closely with T-Tech to develop our team and infrastructure into a best in class provider.”
